Carefully pack the perfume in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
